1 · What you are booking
Fantastic Tours VI is a tour-booking platform for U.S. Virgin Islands excursions — private charters, island races, land tours, eco-adventures and cruise shore excursions. Tours are operated by licensed, insured local captains, drivers and guides whom we vet and schedule for you. When you submit an inquiry we confirm vessel, vehicle, guide, price and pickup logistics in writing before any payment is collected.
2 · Inquiries, quotes and deposits
Form and email inquiries are requests, not contracts. A booking becomes confirmed only when you accept our written quote and pay the stated deposit (typically 30% for shared tours, 50% for private charters). Remaining balances are due 48 hours before departure. All prices are per person in USD unless quoted as a private-vessel total.
3 · Cancellations & weather
Shared tours: free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Private charters: free cancellation up to 7 days before. Inside those windows deposits are non-refundable, but if we, the operator or the weather cause the change we will rebook you on any available date at no charge. Captain-cancelled sailings due to sea state are refunded in full.
4 · Cruise-ship guarantee
Shore excursions include a sail-away buffer of at least two hours. If your line changes schedule, contact us and we adjust pickup — free of charge. If our own delay causes a missed departure we refund the tour in full and cover reasonable documented onward travel.
5 · Guest conduct & safety
Skippers and guides hold final authority on safety matters: life jackets, swimming zones, wildlife distance and alcohol service. Refusing a safety instruction may end the tour without refund. Guests must be honestly declared for weight, mobility and medical notes that affect vessel or activity fit.
6 · Content & trademarks
All site copy, the Fantastic VI Race format, the compass emblem and on-site media are property of Fantastic Tours VI / Kline IT Solutions. Brief permission is granted to share links. Scavenger-hunt puzzle content is proprietary and protected against reproduction.
7 · Digital systems
Booking engine, payments and infrastructure are powered by Kline IT Solutions. Use of this site is governed by these terms; enterprise service agreements with Kline IT Solutions are separate documents.
1 · What we collect
When you send a booking inquiry we collect your name, email, phone, party size, tour selections, travel or cruise dates, target island, and any special-request details you volunteer. Partner inquiries additionally collect company information. We do not collect payment card numbers through this site; card processing happens on secure Kline IT Solutions payment rails.
2 · How we use it
To quote, schedule and deliver your tour, coordinate with operators (captains, drivers, venues), answer your message, and improve our services. We never sell your data. Operators receive only the minimum details needed to run your tour — name, party size, date, pickup point and declared needs.
3 · Cookies & analytics
This site uses functional storage only: your filter and tour-builder choices stay on your device unless you submit the form. If analytics are enabled they are privacy-configured (IP-anonymized, no cross-site tracking profiles).
4 · Email & phone
Inquiries are stored in our booking CRM (operated by Kline IT Solutions) so our trip desk can reply within island business hours. You can request deletion of inquiry records at any time.
5 · Your rights
Access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data — email [email protected] and we handle it within 30 days. We keep nothing we no longer need for a booking, warranty or legal purpose.
6 · Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Family tour details are held under the booking adult’s record.
7 · Security & retention
Data travels over HTTPS, is encrypted at rest, access is role-limited, and booking records are purged 24 months after last activity unless a transaction requires longer retention.
