1. Who we are

Fantastic Tours VI (“we”) is a tour-booking platform operating fantastictoursvi.com. Our technology and data systems are hosted and administered by our parent company, Kline IT Solutions. For all privacy questions, contact [email protected].

2. What we collect

• Booking inquiries: name, email, phone, party size (adults/children), tour type, island, travel or cruise dates, and any special requests you type.
• Confirmed bookings: the same details plus pickup point, payment receipts and guide notes — enough to run your tour safely.
• Partner/business inquiries: contact name, company, fleet size and project details.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type). No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiles.
• On-device choices: your Tour Finder filters and Custom Tour Builder answers stay in your browser until you submit — we never see them unless you send them.

3. How we use your information

To reply to your inquiry, quote and schedule your tour, coordinate licensed operators (captains, drivers, guides, venues), process payments through secure Kline IT Solutions systems, meet safety/legal duties (manifests, age verification), and improve our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email without your opt-in.

4. Who we share with

Only what’s needed, with whom it’s needed: tour operators receive your first name, party size, date, pickup point and declared needs; payment processors handle card data (we never store it); Kline IT Solutions hosts our systems under contract. We disclose information only if the law requires it.

5. Cookies & local storage

This site uses strictly functional storage (your form draft and filters) and optional anonymized analytics. There are no advertising cookies, so there is nothing to consent-banner about. If we add non-essential cookies later, you’ll be asked first.

6. Your rights

Email [email protected] and you can: access your data, correct it, delete it, get a copy (portability), or opt out of any marketing. We respond within 30 days. You may also withdraw consent for any processing that isn’t needed to run a booked tour.

7. Security & retention

Everything travels over HTTPS; data is encrypted at rest, access is role-limited to trip-desk staff, and bookings are retained for 24 months after your trip (or longer only when a legal/tax record requires it), then purged. On-site safety photos/videos are shared only with participants unless you opt in to marketing use.

8. Children

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. Family details are recorded under the booking adult; photos of children require a parent’s written opt-in for any marketing use.

9. Third-party links

Our pages link to klineitsolutions.com and caribbeanzest.com and partner sites. They have their own policies; this one covers only Fantastic Tours VI.
